Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.

Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and send it back to the address provided. Please ensure that the Return Authorization Number is included in the package.

Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 7-10 business days for processing.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Exchanges for Different Items:
